What is included in the monthly rate?
Each plan includes qualified supervision, age-appropriate activities, and the meals or snacks specified for that package. Extended Care Plus also includes structured early learning materials and monthly one-on-one consultations with our staff about your child's development.
Is there a registration or enrollment fee?
Yes, a one-time enrollment fee of EGP 500 applies to new families to cover intake assessment and setting up your child's individual care plan. This fee is separate from the monthly rate and is paid before your child's first day.
Can I switch between plans later?
Families can request a plan change at the start of any month by speaking with our administration team. We review current availability and adjust your child's schedule accordingly, so switching plans is straightforward as your needs change.
How is billing handled and what payment methods do you accept?
Monthly fees are billed in advance and can be paid by cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment. We provide a receipt for every payment and can discuss adjusted arrangements for extended absences with advance notice.
What happens if my child is absent for several days?
We understand children get sick or families travel. For absences of five or more consecutive days notified in advance, we can discuss a prorated adjustment on a case-by-case basis with our administrative team.
Do you offer a trial period before committing to a monthly plan?
We offer a short trial visit so parents and children can experience our center firsthand before enrolling. This helps families make an informed decision about which plan best suits their toddler's routine.
